All content and rights on this Site are owned by respective owners. CAF owns any and all original content and writings posted. The respective artists whose work are featured and curated own their projects. All rights are reserved.
You are granted limited license only for the purposes of viewing the material shared on this Site.
CAF Content
By submitting your material to us through FilmFreeway, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and distribute your content to and on our website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
If you choose to submit content to the Site, you must own all rights and/or have obtained clearing for any third party rights. CAF reserves the right to edit any submitted written content for clarity as well as remove any content from the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
If you would like to remove the work you previously submitted to us, please send us an email.
Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are the owner of intellectual property who believes your work has been improperly shared via this Site, please notify us by sending an email to our IP team. If there is proof of violation, CAF will promptly remove the content.

These Terms will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York.
